Overview

What is Creatify AI?

Creatify is an AI platform built around a four-step loop: paste a product URL, and it pulls the product images, title, and description, writes a script, pairs it with an AI avatar and voiceover, and renders a short video ad.

It later added agent-style tools that research a brand and its competitors and produce concepts, scripts, and ad variants from a brief. The company behind it is a San Francisco startup founded by engineers who previously built ad and AI products at Meta and Snap.

Key features

What Creatify can do

URL to video

Paste a product page link and Creatify pulls the product details and builds a video ad draft with a script, avatar, and voiceover. Output depends on the page, and pages with detailed product descriptions give it more to work from.

Reviewers report that sparse pages or products that sell on specifications produce generic scripts that need editing.

AI avatars

Creatify advertises up to 1,500 AI actors on Pro (300 on Free and Starter), across 75+ languages. You pick an avatar, and it reads your script on camera in a UGC-style format.

Aurora

Creatify's own avatar model. Give it one photo and one audio clip, and it generates a video of that person speaking, animating the head, face, and hands rather than just the mouth.

Batch mode

Makes multiple variations from one product link, with different avatars, hooks, and script angles, so you can test several versions at once.

AI script writer

Creatify writes ad scripts from your product details.

Users on G2 say the scripts can feel generic and often need a rewrite to sound like the brand.

Custom avatars

Make an avatar of yourself or a brand spokesperson. The Pro plan includes 3 custom avatars, and there is no way to add one on Starter.

Agents and ad tools

Creatify Agent researches your brand and competitors and writes concepts and scripts, and Performance Agent analyzes results from Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin. AdFlow swaps a product image, script, or call to action without rebuilding an ad.

Cost shown before you render

Creatify shows the credit cost of a video before you render it, so you see the charge before you spend credits.

Pricing

Creatify pricing (2026)

Creatify runs on monthly credits. Prices checked on 6 October 2026 from Creatify's pricing page.

What a video actually costs

Video cost depends on length and render quality. One pricing breakdown from August 2026 reported a rate of 5 credits per 15 seconds for basic videos. Ads made with Creatify's Ad Agent cost more: our test ad used 11.5 credits for 15 seconds.

$1.95 per basic 15-second ad on Starter
$1.65 per basic 15-second ad on Pro
Length rounds up in 15-second blocks A 16-second ad costs the same as a 30-second one.

Higher-quality renders cost more: Aurora uses 20 credits per 15 seconds. At our test rate of 11.5 credits, a 15-second Ad Agent ad on Starter costs about $4.49. Creatify's API bills separately, at 5 credits per 30 seconds.

Three things to know before you pay

Credits expire.

Unused credits run on a rolling two-month cycle rather than banking indefinitely.

Failed renders can still cost credits.

This is a recurring complaint on G2 and Trustpilot.

Refunds are limited.

Creatify's refund policy says payments are final and non-refundable, with narrow exceptions: a same-day charge with no usage, or one month back after 3 or more months unused.

User reviews

What users say

Creatify has a large review footprint on G2, Trustpilot, and Product Hunt. We read through recent reviews on each; here are the patterns that come up most.

What users like

  • Speed and ease of use. This is the most common positive theme on G2 by a wide margin. Non-editors say they can make usable ads quickly.
  • Avatar realism. Many reviewers say the avatars look good enough for social ads, especially with Aurora.
  • URL to video. Users say it saves time compared with briefing a freelancer.

What users complain about

  • Credits. Confusing credit usage, credits expiring, and credits lost on failed or slow renders.
  • Billing and cancellation. A sharp set of reviews describes auto-renewal problems, charges after cancelling, and refused refunds.
  • Limited fine control. Editing individual scenes, scripts, voices, or layouts is harder than users expect. Creatify now says its Agent can tweak a single scene without rerunning the video.
  • Occasional quality issues. Some reviewers report lip-sync problems, robotic movement, or generic scripts.

What we saw

Predis.ai's ad had the stronger script (4.5 against 4). The two tied in product accuracy and detail. Where Creatify lacks is the avatar selection, Predis.ai used the same actor in the product image. Predis.ai was easier to fix one part of (5 against 2) and finished a minute faster, 7 minutes against 8. At list price, Predis.ai's ad cost less than half as much: about $2.07 on Predis.ai Core against about $4.49 on Creatify Starter.

When to choose Creatify, and when to choose Predis.ai

Choose Creatify if

your ads are built around a person talking to camera, and you want a script written for you from a product link.

  • Its avatar library and Aurora model are its main features
  • Batch mode makes many avatar variations of one product in one run
Choose Predis.ai if

you want video ads and UGC that look like your brand and room to fix them without starting over.

  • In our test, Predis.ai scored higher on the script and on fixing one part, finished a minute faster, and cost less than half as much
  • Fix-one-frame editing lets you change one part of an ad
  • Reference-ad input lets you start from an ad or video you already like
  • Better adherence to the product: follows the reference product and image without any deviation

Predis.ai offers a 3-day trial (card required), so you can run the same product through both and decide for yourself.

Our take

What it does, and where it falls short

At the center of the product, Creatify turns a product link into an avatar ad. Its avatar library and Aurora model are the main features.

The weaker parts sit around the product rather than in it: credit math that is hard to predict, credits that expire, and a billing and refund experience that a meaningful share of users complain about.

Avatar-led ads are your core creative

If avatar-led ads are the core of your creative, Creatify's free plan gives 10 credits a month to test that workflow.

Video accuracy and Custom avatar matters more

If you care more about product accuracy and custom avatars, run the same product through Predis.ai and compare the results yourself.

FAQs

Questions about Creatify

Pricing, credits, refunds, and how it compares.

Is Creatify free?

Yes, there is a free plan with 10 credits a month, which is enough for about 2 video ads or 20 image ads. Free exports include a watermark, so it works for testing rather than publishing.

Paid plans start at $39/month for Starter and $99/month for Pro, with custom Enterprise pricing. Annual billing saves 15%, though the banner on Creatify's pricing page advertises up to 50%.

It depends on video length and render quality. At a reported rate of 5 credits per 15 seconds for basic videos, Starter's 100 credits cover about 20 fifteen-second ads. Yes. Unused credits run on a rolling two-month cycle rather than carrying over indefinitely.

Yes. Creatify is a venture-backed company based in San Francisco that has raised $24M+ in total, including a $15.5M Series A in 2025 and a later investment from Comcast Ventures. Most user complaints are about credits and billing rather than whether the product works.

Creatify's refund policy says payments are final and non-refundable, with narrow exceptions: a same-day charge with no usage, or one month back after 3 or more months unused. Check the current policy before subscribing.

Yes. Creatify's API is sold separately from the web plans: API Starter is $99/month for 500 credits, and API Pro is $299/month for 2,000 credits.

It depends on the ads you make. Creatify is built around avatar-led ads. Predis.ai is built for branded video ads that follow your reference products, avatars and custom avatars. The side-by-side test above shows both on the same product.
