When you retweet someone else’s tweet, it appears on your profile timeline as if you had posted it yourself, but with a note indicating that it was retweeted (shared by you on your timeline). Retweeting is a way to share interesting or relevant content with your followers and to help amplify the reach of the original tweet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your retweet will now appear on your profile timeline, and your followers will see it in their feeds. The original tweet will also show up in your followers’ timelines, attributed to the original tweeter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
